Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Zendreo Chronicles.

How to submit a request

1. Sign in and open the support page.
2. Create a request with the subject Data deletion request.
3. Identify the account email address and describe the information you want deleted.

If you cannot access your account, use the contact information on the official Zendreo Chronicles Facebook Page and include the phrase Data deletion request.

What happens next

We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information. After verification, we will delete or anonymize eligible information unless it must be retained for security, fraud prevention, transaction records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Facebook permissions

You can remove the application's Facebook access through your Facebook settings under Apps and Websites or Business Integrations. Removing access prevents future use of that authorization but may not automatically delete records that must be retained for legitimate operational or legal purposes.
